Emprendedores cordobeses crean un llavero inteligente para solucionar incidencias en tiempo real en la atención domiciliaria

Este sistema permite conocer información al instante de las entradas y salidas de los profesionales a domicilio, lo que permite solucionar retrasos o ausencias imprevistas de los cuidadores.

Una joven empresa cordobesa desarrolla un dispositivo inteligente para mejorar la gestión del personal en las empresas de asistencia domiciliaria permitiéndoles resolver incidencias en tiempo real. Los desplazamientos de los trabajadores, cuadrar los horarios de llegadas o salidas de los domicilios y gestionar problemas como retrasos y ausencias imprevistas, son cuestiones diarias que pueden terminar afectando a las familias que esperan la atención en casa. Con el objetivo de mejorar esta planificación y resolver las incidencias de forma ágil e instantánea nace BePrevent Check, según explica Rafael Serrano, CEO de BePrevent. Se trata de un llavero con una etiqueta sensorizada que identifica al profesional y proporciona información en tiempo real de la hora de acceso y salida del domicilio, unos datos que posibilitan optimizar el servicio y mejorar la calidad de la atención.

A través de un portal web, la empresa podrá acceder a esta información y establecer alertas que avisan de retrasos o ausencias del personal por temas imprevistos. Esto posibilita gestionar las incidencias en el momento, avisar a las familias y enviar a personal de sustitución. Además, los familiares podrán permanecer informados en todo momento de esta gestión a través de una app. Según la Junta de Andalucía, en la actualidad más de 74.000 andaluces reciben el servicio de ayuda a domicilio, un 29% del total en España.
 
Este pequeño sensor funciona con el sistema BePrevent, una solución de etiquetas inteligentes que monitoriza las rutinas diarias de las personas mayores o con algún grado de discapacidad favoreciendo su autonomía y permitiendo que vivan de forma independiente. El sistema registra los datos y mantiene a las familias informadas a través de una app en el móvil. Así, por ejemplo, recibimos alertas cuando nuestro padre vuelve a casa tras dar un paseo o si nuestra madre toma sus medicinas a la hora habitual.
