La Junta de Andalucía amplía las ayudas para la digitalización de las pymes
Estos incentivos ayudan ya a casi 80 empresas y autónomos sevillanos a impulsar su transformación digital.

Con esta ampliación, la Agencia Digital de Andalucía busca ayudar al mayor número de empresas posible a ganar competitividad aprovechando las oportunidades que brindan las nuevas tecnologías. Para ello, el programa pone a disposición de pymes y autónomos de la región dos servicios de consultoría especializada a coste cero para definir un plan digital, seleccionar las herramientas más adecuadas para cada negocio y, sobre todo, acompañarlas durante la implantación de las acciones más prioritarias.
Recientemente se ha ampliado el número de acciones que se abordan, con especial foco en la ciberseguridad, y en tecnologías habilitadoras y disruptivas, como la inteligencia artificial, la tecnología de fabricación aditiva, la robótica de servicios o la realidad aumentada. Además de seguir contemplando las necesidades de negocio básicas como la estrategia de papel cero, la presencia web, la geolocalización, la facturación electrónica, la gestión del dato y el marketing digital.
Hasta finales de marzo permanecerá abierto el plazo para solicitar la consultoría de relación con la clientela, un servicio cuyo objetivo se centra en ayudar a impulsar las ventas y mejorar la relación con los clientes. Durante cinco meses, las pymes podrán potenciar su presencia en internet y redes sociales, aprender a atraer y fidelizar a su público objetivo con herramientas de marketing, e implementar soluciones tecnológicas que les ayuden a conocer y gestionar mejor a su clientela.
Impulso a la ciberseguridad
Con esta línea de ayudas, la Agencia Digital de Andalucía no sólo busca fomentar que las pequeñas y medianas empresas aborden su digitalización para que mejoren su competitividad y se adapten a las necesidades actuales del mercado, sino ayudarlas a que lo hagan de una forma segura. Por ello, en consonancia con uno de sus ejes estratégicos, este programa incluye un servicio específico centrado en el impulso de la Ciberseguridad, con el que la pyme podrá conocer el grado de seguridad digital de su empresa y tomar las medidas adecuadas para protegerla.
A estos incentivos pueden acceder cualquier autónomo o pequeña y mediana empresa de menos de 250 trabajadores que tenga actividad en Andalucía y se conceden por orden de llegada. Hasta el momento se han recibido más de 670 solicitudes, de las que el 42% ya se encuentran inmersas en este asesoramiento que les guía y acompaña en su camino hacia la digitalización.
La convocatoria cuenta con un presupuesto global de 2,9 millones de euros, del que ya está comprometido más de la mitad.
