Fundación ONCE y Microsoft aplican la Inteligencia Artificial para hacer más inclusivos los procesos de selección de personal
La aplicación hace posible que las personas con discapacidad visual, auditiva, física y cognitiva accedan a pruebas de evaluación de habilidades blandas en los procesos de selección, en un entorno inclusivo, accesible, atractivo, divertido y personalizable.

Hoy en día, las empresas no solo evalúan las aptitudes incluidas en el curriculum vitae para valorar la experiencia profesional y la formación educativa de los candidatos a un puesto de trabajo, sino que también tienen en cuenta las llamadas habilidades blandas. Entre ellas, LinkedIn señala que las más demandadas por las compañías son la responsabilidad dentro de la ética del trabajo, la capacidad de adaptación al cambio o la inteligencia emocional. Esto mismo ocurre cuando se quiere acceder a una formación especializada o profesional.
El proyecto GOSSA, liderado por Fundación ONCE y con la colaboración tecnológica de Microsoft, hace posible que las personas con discapacidad visual, auditiva, física y cognitiva puedan acceder a pruebas de evaluación de habilidades blandas en los procesos de selección, en un entorno inclusivo, accesible, atractivo, divertido y personalizable, gracias a la incorporación de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y la gamificación. ya que, en ocasiones, las entrevistas o pruebas asociadas a procesos de inscripción o selección no son accesibles.
Para Jesús Hernández, director de Accesibilidad e Innovación de Fundación ONCE, “es necesario que abordemos la plena inclusión de las personas con discapacidad desde una perspectiva global. En este sentido con este proyecto somos capaces de poder valorar plenamente a las personas, se puede tener en cuenta sus capacidades en los procesos de selección. En este caso la tecnología de Microsoft nos permite derribar barreras”.
Por su parte, Carlos de la Iglesia, director de Desarrollo Corporativo de Microsoft España, ha destacado que "la tecnología tiene un gran potencial para mejorar la accesibilidad y la inclusión, y en Microsoft estamos comprometidos en desarrollar soluciones innovadoras basadas en la aplicación de tecnologías de IA que contribuyan a ello. Estamos muy orgullosos de colaborar con Fundación ONCE en este proyecto para que las personas con discapacidad puedan realizar pruebas de selección para acceder a una formación o a un empleo en igualdad de condiciones”.
App accesible con IA de Microsoft que ya están utilizando varias ONGs
Fundación ONCE y Microsoft han desarrollado una aplicación a la que se accede a través de un portal web accesible para personas con discapacidad, desde visual hasta cognitiva, que pueden elegir entre varias opciones para manejarse mejor en ella: lectura fácil, storytelling, o ambas.
Al acompañar a un personaje en tres breves experiencias, la aplicación permite evaluar aspectos de la personalidad, como responsabilidad, adaptabilidad y estabilidad emocional de la persona a la que se esté entrevistando. Este desarrollo ha sido posible gracias a la aplicación de los servicios cognitivos de Microsoft Azure. Además, se ha desarrollado un sistema de gamificación en forma de puzzle para animar al usuario a continuar hasta el final del recorrido.
Tras un proceso de entrenamiento de la Inteligencia Artificial, la aplicación ya se ha probado con personas con discapacidad intelectual, gracias a la colaboración con la Fundación CAPACIS, una organización que trabaja por la inserción social y laboral de jóvenes con inteligencia límite, así como en otros temas sociales y medioambientales, con el objetivo de transformar y crear valor en nuestra sociedad.
Otra de las organizaciones que han realizado pruebas con el proyecto GOSSA es la Asociación Adisli, que busca facilitar soporte y oportunidades para que las personas con discapacidad intelectual puedan desarrollar sus proyectos de vida, junto a su familia y su red de apoyos.
La aplicación también se está testeando en el Centro de Formación “Por Talento Digital” de Fundación ONCE, dirigido a mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas con discapacidad en el ámbito digital y tecnológico y con el que Microsoft colabora proporcionando recursos formativos de las principales tecnologías de la compañía.
